We aim to deliver all order within 7-10 woking days from when your order is dispatched.

Delivery via our courier partner will provide customers with a Track and Trace system and will send email updates to customers showing them the time of their delivery. Alternatively, a link can be provided so a customer can see their delivery time by using their order number.

All drivers call/message customers 15 – 30 minutes prior to arrival of their delivery.

We state that all deliveries are curb side adjacent to the vehicle but on the majority of all deliveries we always go that extra mile to take the rolled goods to the location requested by the customer.

Goods are never left without permission, we require to have written proof from the customer via text message etc, all goods are delivered on trolleys and are signed for by the customer. If the customer is not willing to sign due to COVID-19 or any other reason our drivers take pictures to prove that the goods have been delivered in good condition.

Delivery Times (Courier Note)

We aim to deliver all orders between the hours of 0800 to 2000, however, on rare occasions we encounter problems throughout the day were the driver is unable to complete there deliveries. All Customers are contacted by our office to inform them that there delivery has been delayed and will be with them the following day, our driver will be placed into bed and breakfast and will continue the next day from 0800.
