Cancellations / Returns / Refunds

Cancellation Before Dispatch
We require notice of any cancellations within 24 hours of your order confirmation to avoid any cutting charges.

Cancellations
Should a customer wish to cancel an order after the goods have been dispatched to our courier provider a cutting charge will be deducted from your refund once the goods have been returned to our warehouse.

Returns
Should a customer wish to return there products a refund will be issued so long as the following conditions are met:
• The products are returned in their original packaging.
• The Products have not been used, Fitted or altered in any way.

Collection Charges
We can arrange to collect your returned items via our partnered courier service provided the goods are packed in the original packaging and have not been fitted in any way. A charge for this service will be deducted from the amounts of any refund so long as the above conditions are met. Please note collection charges may be more expensive than delivery charges.

Cutting Fee Charges
As products are cut to the customers specified sizes any returns will be met with a 25% cutting fee Charge. This will be deducted from any amounts of refund owed.
